Casulo: The Apartment Furniture In a Box – Eat your heart out Ikea!!

The Casulo is a small 31″x47″ (that’s 80 cm x 120 cm) box that contains everything you need to furnish a small room. Eat your heart out, IKEA!! Inside this little small box, you’ll find an armoire, a desk, a height-adjustable stool, two more stools, a six-shelf bookcase, and a bed with a mattress. The Casulo contains Amazing….But UGLY furniture! But I’m sure that their assembly instructions are still easier to assemble than IKEA’s. (see pics below..)

This box is the perfect furniture for all you treehuggers out there that want the world to go green. Two people can lift, carry, and assemble (and then disassemble, when it’s time to move) each piece of furniture within the Casulo in about 10 minutes — it requires no tools for assembly — and every part of the boxy exterior is used, negating any need for extraneous, wasteful packaging. Although it’s quite smart, it also sounds like a fire hazard waiting to happen…
