Honestly,

I’ve never been a fan of the artwork for the Grand Theft Auto series. In fact, I thought many of the GTA artwork was cartoonish and lame. Then along came the new artwork for GTA IV. I have to admit that I love the artwork for Grand Theft Auto IV. I don’t know who the artists are, but they are awesome!!

I love the characters, I love the colors, I love the themes. In fact, I’m going to go out on a limb and claim that they are some of the best artwork that we’ve seen for a videogame in a very very long time.
