This has to the dirtiest apartment on earth!! The owner of this apartment had an outstanding balance for over a month and nobody could find her. The landlord finally went in her apartment after not being able to reach her. He ended up finding the dirtiest apartment ever. Check out the pics below.
Apparently, she also has 2 cats living there with her, but the couldn’[t find the cats. They think that the cats might be dead in there...
