California artist Joshua Callaghan has found some pretty ingenious ways to hide regular ugly objects that you see on the streets into what I call cool urban art. He basically hides the obstructing object by painting what you would see if the object was not there behind it.

This is a “church signs” debate, being played out in a Southern town, between Our Lady of Martyrs Catholic and Cumberland Presbyterian, a fundamentalist church. From top to bottom shows you the response and counter-response over time. The Catholics seem to be displaying a sense of humor. OK, I love Mazda’s new concept car, the Kiyora! The Kiyora is supposted to be fun to drive and great for the environment. It’s supposed to feature next-generation environmental technologies and excellent safety performances. But that’s not why I love this concept car. The Mazda Kiyora is being called the eco-friendly city car. But that’s not why I love it.
